Privacy notice
This notice explains which personal information RenewalRadar uses and how customers can exercise their UK data-protection rights.

Information we use
We process account identity, email address, company and watchlist settings, subscription identifiers, product activity, saved opportunities, support notes, email delivery status and security logs. Stripe processes payment-card data; RenewalRadar does not store full card details.
Why we use it
We use information to provide the subscription, authenticate users, personalise results, deliver requested alerts, prevent abuse, support customers, maintain records and improve the service. Contract necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent are used as appropriate.
AI Deal Analyst
When a customer deliberately requests an AI analysis or follow-up answer, RenewalRadar sends the selected public procurement record, the generated brief, the customer's question and limited targeting preferences—sectors, keywords and minimum value—to Cloudflare Workers AI. Customer identity, email address, billing details, private notes and buyer contact details are excluded. Generated briefs and follow-up messages are stored in the customer workspace for continuity and audit. AI output may be incomplete and must be checked against the linked official evidence.
Public AI assistant
The public product assistant sends the question a visitor chooses to enter and a short recent conversation history to Cloudflare Workers AI. It does not receive or access the visitor's RenewalRadar account, contract feed or billing record. Visitors are instructed not to include confidential, payment or personal information. A one-way security hash may be used temporarily to prevent automated abuse; the public conversation is not stored as a support ticket.
Marketing contacts
If you opt in to briefings or product updates, we send your name, email address, mobile number and communication preferences to HubSpot and Brevo to manage contact records and deliver the communications you selected. Email and SMS consent are recorded separately, and you can withdraw either at any time.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites for hosting, Cloudflare Workers AI for requested deal analysis and public product questions, Supabase for authentication, Stripe for billing, Resend for service email, HubSpot and Brevo for consented marketing contact management, and Google Analytics only where analytics consent is granted. These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and sharing
Account information is retained while the account is active and for a proportionate period afterwards. Billing and tax records may be retained where law requires. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers, advisers, authorities where required, or a successor to the business under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Contact hello@renewalradar.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, authenticated APIs, audit logging and specialist service providers. Some providers may process information outside the UK using recognised transfer safeguards.
