These terms explain the RenewalRadar subscription, trial and responsible use of our predictive contract intelligence.

1. About RenewalRadar
RenewalRadar is operated by a UK sole trader trading as RenewalRadar. Contact us at hello@renewalradar.uk. Business correspondence details are supplied on invoices and on a legitimate request.
2. The service
We organise published UK public-contract award information and identify contracts that may merit early renewal research. A signal is not an open tender, a promise that a procurement will occur, or a guarantee of winning work. Customers must verify official evidence and make their own commercial decisions.
3. Trials and subscriptions
A 14-day trial requires a payment method and converts to the displayed monthly price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Customers may instead start the paid plan immediately. Billing, invoices, payment-method changes and cancellation are handled through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe states otherwise.
4. Fair use
Access is for the subscribing business and permitted seats. Automated scraping, resale of bulk records, credential sharing, interference with the service, or use that breaches source terms or law is prohibited.
5. Availability and data
We aim to refresh supported official sources regularly, but public records can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or withdrawn. We may suspend a failing source rather than present unverified information. Service availability and record coverage are not guaranteed.
6. Liability
RenewalRadar is decision-support software. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost opportunities, procurement decisions, indirect losses or decisions made without checking the official source. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Questions, complaints or cancellation support can be sent to hello@renewalradar.uk.
